If you are an initiated member and/or alumna who wishes to replace a lost or stolen badge, you may order directly with Herff Jones ~ Greek. Please include the three initials and initiation date to be engraved as well as maiden name when applicable. ** Subject to verification/approval by Delta Zeta headquarters and pricing subject to change without notice. IMPORTANT: New initiates must order their badge with their chapter or through Delta Zeta headquarters.

Product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of ship date for reasons unrelated to a quality defect or incorrect item. Products that are customarily stocked by Herff Jones and that are returned for reason(s) other than product quality are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of order value.
