With a modern manufacturing facility, talented craftspeople, and customer support staff located in Warwick, Rhode Island — a nexus of jewelry-making in North America — the Greek Division of Herff Jones serves as exclusive Official Jeweler to Greek-letter organizations including college fraternities, sororities, honor societies, professional and local organizations. We hand-craft sorority and fraternity official jewelry including pins, badges and chapter guards, rings, officer dangles, lavalieres, pendants, charms, bracelets, and a host of other accessories which serve to symbolize and celebrate a lifetime of meaningful membership.

Herff Jones is dedicated to providing products that are manufactured with materials obtained from suppliers who share our commitment to upholding human rights, safe working conditions, and environmental protection. We do not tolerate the acquisition of raw materials through processes that result in human suffering or degradation to the environment.
Herff Jones commits itself to obtaining its diamonds from legitimate sources not involved in funding international conflicts and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. All diamonds purchased by the company are obtained from companies that certify in writing that the stones are conflict-free.
Herff Jones has stated its support of responsible gold mining practices around the world, and will not knowingly use gold obtained from companies that have a history of questionable human rights or environmental practices.
Herff Jones is a member of the Fair Labor Association, and by doing so has committed to a rigorous program of Code of Conduct implementation, internal and external monitoring and remediation in order to promote compliance to international labor standards in its supply chain. The Herff Jones Jewelry Division has been recognized by state and federal agencies as a responsible corporate citizen and has received awards for achievement in pollution prevention. It has made a formal commitment for the ongoing protection of the environment by achieving ISO14001:2004 certification.

The Company has taken the following steps to demonstrate its commitment:
- Herff Jones has signed the No Dirty Gold pledge and adopted the ‘Golden Rules’ to indicate that it will not procure gold or gold products from sources that do not respect human rights and the environment in areas where gold is mined.
- Herff Jones strictly requires its diamond suppliers to adhere to the Kimberley Process which requires all diamond shipments to be certified in writing as ‘conflict free’.
- Herff Jones has made a formal commitment to the ongoing protection of the environment by achieving and maintaining ISO14001:2004 certification.
